West Asheville Center

West Asheville Center is part of the complex housing the Athletic Division, West Asheville-Buncombe Public Library and a fire station. The center includes a full service kitchen and a multipurpose room. A playground and basketball court is adjacent to the center. The center specializes in athletic and aquatic programs while offering a variety of classes and programs for senior citizens. The senior Nutrition and Fellowship Program provides a variety of activities and a hot nutritious lunch Mon-Fri., 9am - 1 pm. Lunch is served at 12:30. Reservation is required with a suggested donation of $1.50 per person.
